1. Return Eligibility
Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of receipt
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging
Final sale, clearance, gift cards, and personal items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) are non-returnable
2. How to Start a Return

Our team will provide the return address and shipping instructions
Please return the item within 7 days after receiving return instructions
3. Refunds
Once we inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the approval/rejection
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when initiating the return
Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship the exchange or issue a store credit/refund if out of stock
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours
Please include clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns
