We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that clearance items, sale products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please specify when contacting us. Once the original item is returned, we will process and ship the new item. If your desired item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Personal items such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

6. Damaged or Defective Products
