1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of receipt

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging

  • Final sale, clearance, gift cards, and personal items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) are non-returnable


2. How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will provide the return address and shipping instructions

  3. Please return the item within 7 days after receiving return instructions


3. Refunds

  • Once we inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the approval/rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary


4. Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Let us know when initiating the return

  • Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship the exchange or issue a store credit/refund if out of stock


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours

  • Please include clear photos of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Contact your bank/payment provider (processing times may vary)
